Prices: The prices are indicated in Euros on the French and the English pages and in Norwegian krone on the Norwegian pages. Orders for Norway can only be paid in Norwegian currency, and the amount to be paid is the one indicated on the Norwegian pages

Orders: The contract comes into force when the client has placed an order and the acceptance of the order has been confirmed. By placing the order the buyer accepts automatically, having read and agreed to, the general terms and conditions. Atelier-Alexandra can, exceptionally, refuse an order in case of, for example, insolvency or incorrect information.

Stock of products: The displayed products are all in stock. When an item is sold out it is marked « sold » and the access for carrying out the order is blocked. However, it is possible that an item might be sold out just before the processing of an order in which case the client will be informed by e-mail.
Payment and Delivery

Payment: For secure transactions, payments must be made via the on-line bank « paypal », which guarantees security.

Delivery: Atelier-Alexandra delivers worldwide. The customer’s coordinates remain confidential.The goods will be sent within 7 working days of acceptance of order and confirmation of payment.

Frais de port: Shipping costs are payable by the customer including VAT and other taxes.Shipping costs per order are as follows: Norway 70.- NOK, other countries 11,50 €.
Return goods

The customer has the right to return an article within 14 days from the date of receipt. The article has to be returned in its original box. The refund will be made after the goods have been received.The refund excludes packaging and shipping costs. Articles returned after 14 days of receipt cannot be refunded or exchanged.
